By using clawd.cloud, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

Service Description

clawd.cloud provides managed hosting for Clawdbot, an open-source AI assistant. We handle deployment, monitoring, updates, and infrastructure so you can focus on using your bot.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use clawd.cloud to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or malicious content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Resell the service without authorization

Payment & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You can cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues on our end
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We're not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your data and conversations. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We don't claim ownership of your content and won't use it for training AI models.

Limitation of Liability

clawd.cloud is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
